Executive Education Training Program titled From Operational Manager to People Manager

Learning Minds, in collaboration with Salim Habib University, is organizing an Executive Education training program titled From Operational Manager to People Manager. This immersive learning experience will bring together mid-level managers, team leaders, and emerging professionals and equip them with the skills to lead people effectively by building self-awareness, driving team motivation and performance, fostering collaboration and trust, and strengthening their communication and conflict resolution capabilities.
