Experiential Learning Projects (FoMS) – Fall Semester 2025

The Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, successfully hosted the Experiential Learning Project Exhibition on 26th December 2025 for the Fall 2025 semester. This landmark event provided undergraduate students with a platform to extend their learning beyond the classroom, engaging directly with industry mentors and applying theoretical knowledge to practical, real-world business challenges.

A total of 124 projects were presented across diverse disciplines, including Accounting & Finance, Management & Human Resource Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Social Sciences, Supply Chain Management, and Data Analytics. These mini-capstone projects, completed in collaboration with national and multinational organizations, under the supervision of industry mentors, showcased students’ applied research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The exhibition reflected the department’s commitment to project-based and experiential learning, highlighting the academic rigor and practical relevance of students’ work.

Guided by both faculty and industry mentors, students translated academic concepts into actionable solutions. The projects were evaluated by 52 senior industry professionals, who commended the project’s analytical depth, innovative approaches, and alignment with contemporary industry practices. The exhibition reinforced the bridge between classroom learning and corporate experience, fostering industry engagement and professional development.

Industry Engagement and Mentorship

The student projects were conducted in collaboration with 74 organizations, ensuring strong integration of academic learning with professional practice. Senior industry executives actively mentored students, offering strategic guidance, domain-specific expertise, and practical insights. This close engagement enabled students to gain first-hand exposure to real-world corporate environments while successfully completing their projects.The exhibition reinforced strong industry–academia linkage, with students engaging directly with senior professionals including:

Project Overview, Evaluators and Discipline-wise Distribution

The evaluators, representing leading organizations, assessed the experiential learning projects and rated the majority of them in the Excellent and Good categories. They expressed strong appreciation for the students’ work, particularly noting its practical relevance, analytical rigor, and alignment with industry requirements. The evaluators also provided constructive feedback, recommending enhanced cross-disciplinary collaboration, greater integration of advanced analytics, expansion of real-time industry-based projects, and further strengthening of students’ presentation skills.
