    Biography

    Dr. Marriam Yamin, Assistant Professor & HEC approved Ph.D. Supervisor, achieved Ph. D. In Applied Microbiology, Functional and Molecular Biology from Institute of Biology, State University of Campinas, SP, Brazil.  Dr. Yamin has done her master’s degree in Department of Microbiology, University of Karachi (UoK). She has served Dow Institute of advance animal and biological sciences, DUHS, Ojha as Post-doctoral Fellow, where she was involved in many research projects based and administrative roles. At DUHS, Dr. Yamin has completed a clinical research project as P.I and awarded with the SRGP-HEC grant of one-million PKR. In that project she was evaluating the role of MicroRNA to use as biomarker for the early prognostics of Kidney rejection and infection after transplantation. Currently she is involved research projects related to clinical and infectious disease management and evaluating role of different nanoparticle for the efficient & safe release of Drug delivery and Evaluating effect on multiple antimicrobials.
