A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between Salim Habib University and TechSol360, an IT solution and service providing software company that is a subsidiary of GoCBE Global (Pvt.) Ltd., Karachi.

The MoU, signed in order to strengthen SHU's academia-industry linkages by building and maintaining a productive collaborative relationship with TechSol360, intends to facilitate the University's Computer Science students by arranging field visits, workshops, seminars, conferences, and other events for them that give them exposure and practical learning as well as an in-depth insight into the IT industry, and by providing them with internship opportunities and advice on career paths and job placements.

The signing ceremony was presided over by Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Khan, Vice Chancellor SHU and Mr. Muhammad Ahmed, Co-Founder TechSol360. Registrar SHU Dr. Kaleem Raza Khan, and Co-Founder TechSol 360 Mr. Hamza Abdul Haq, also graced the ceremony with their presence.

We are especially thankful to our Dean Faculty of Information Technology Dr. Rizwan Ahmed Khan, and Chairperson Department of Computer Science Dr. Sheeraz Arif, without whose dedicated efforts this MoU would not have been possible.
