CLT on Prospects of Microbiome for Treatment Purposes

Barrett Hodgson University’s Centre of learning and Teaching is conducting a seminar with the honorable Dr. Mahmood Akhtar who received Commonwealth Scholarship to do Ph.D from University of Nottingham, UK. He has 2 postdocs; one from the University of Maryland, USA, on the ‘Pathogenicity of Helicobacter pylori’ and second from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada, which was on the ‘Role of Super Antigens and their interaction in host immune system’. He worked as Research Specialist as well as taught in Health Sciences program at McMaster University for 10 years before joining and currently working at King Fahad Specialist Hospital-Dammam as Senior Principal Scientist and Director of the Biomedical Research Facility in March 2016. He still holds an adjunct teaching position at McMaster University, guiding research students from distance. 
Dr. Mahmood Akhtar’s topic of presentation is “Prospects of Microbiome for Treatment Purposes”, and this session will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2019.
