SHU Career Connect 1.23, organized by the Career Placement & Industrial Liaison Office at Salim Habib University, was held on Thursday, March 2, 2023. The mega event featured dozens of tier-1 multi-national corporations and local organizations and allowed students to interact with HR experts and experienced industry professionals, gain tips on how to ace interviews and build catchy resumes, and arm themselves with the networking and communications skills required to establish a successful career and make their way through the corporate world smoothly.

The event also included Mentoring and Professional Grooming Sessions by Dr. Tamazur Karim, CEO, The Calm Planet (Mental Health Organization) and Consultant, Ziauddin Hospital, Huzair Ahmed, People and Learning Consultant, Navigation Management Consulting, Imran Khan, Business Development Consultant, British Council Pakistan, and Dr. Muhammad Hussain Habib, Director Education & Admissions, Marketing, HR, & Admin, Salim Habib University, and representatives from Mobilink Microfinance Bank. Notably present were Vice Chancellor SHU Prof. Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Khan and Registrar Prof. Dr. Kaleem Raza Khan.
