HR Insight 4.0 was a three-day business simulation program designed by IBA to inculcate critical and strategic thinking skills in individuals along with an insight of the business simulation.
The competition consisted of five activities overall, one was based on team cohesiveness, one on case study, one on exit interview, one was based on making CVs and the last was an online quiz.
Three BHU teams from Management Sciences program participated. Congratulations to our Team 1: Ayesha Siddiqi, Alishba Khan, Minhaal Mukhtar, Maarij Khan and Maarij Ahmed who managed to secure 4th position out of 56 teams, overall.
