Members of Salim Habib University’s IEEE SHU Student Branch had the privilege of attending the prestigious IEEE 16th Pakistan Student/Young Professionals/Women in Engineering/SIGHT Congress 2023 (PSYWSC'23) held at COMSATS University Islamabad from October 20 to 22, 2023. 

Areeb Baig, Anoosh Fatima, and Maryiam Ashfaq, students from the Department of Biomedical Engineering, presented their innovative projects at the Congress, and received appreciation from the evaluators for them. Also in attendance from Salim Habib University were Mr. M. Wasim Munir, Assistant Professor Biomedical Engineering and IEEE SHU Student Branch Counsellor, and Engr. Tooba Khan, Lecturer Biomedical Engineering and Society Advisor for IEEE SHU EMB. 

The Congress, which brought together emerging engineers, innovators, technologists, entrepreneurs, and members of IEEE (Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers) from all over Pakistan, was replete with insightful technical sessions and engaging workshops, providing an exceptional learning experience for all participants.
