January 4 is World Braille Day!

Braille is a writing system that enables the blind and the visually impaired to read by using their tactile skills.

World Braille Day is held to raise awareness as to how important the Braille system is for the visually impaired, and how critical a role it plays in making the world more accessible and easier to navigate, survive, and thrive in.
