Prof. Dr. Syed Irfan Hyder addressed the Salim Habib University community in his first motivational speech as Vice Chancellor of the University on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

In his inspiring speech, he spoke of the critical significance of being self-aware, of never letting the thirst for knowledge die, and of maintaining your own vitality. He also expressed his determination for advancing the University’s noble mission under the leadership of our Honourable Chancellor Dr. Iram Afaq and empowering the institution's faculty and staff to allow them to reach their maximum potential.

Prof. Dr. Hyder was then taken on a tour of the University's Business School and its upcoming state-of-the-art facilities by Director Engineering Mr. Syed Muneeb Shah. The group was accompanied by Mr. Muhammad Abbas, Chief Operating Officer of The Salim Habib Education Foundation and Salim Habib University and Dr. M. Hussain Habib, Executive Director Education, Marketing, HR & Admin SHU.
