A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been signed between Salim Habib University (SHU) and the National Institute of Child Health (NICH) Karachi, with the aim of fostering mutual cooperation by building and maintaining a productive collaborative relationship, focusing on initiatives that enhance healthcare education, research, and community service, and allowing Pharmacy students at SHU to receive practical pharmaceutical and clinical training and coaching.
The MOU signing ceremony was presided over by Prof. Dr. Syed Irfan Hyder, Vice Chancellor SHU, and Prof. Nasir Saleem Saddal, Executive Director, NICH. Registrar SHU Dr. Muhammad Hussain Habib and Pharmacist Saira Erum Ejaz from NICH also graced the ceremony with their presence.
Present from SHU's Faculty of Pharmacy were Dean Prof. Dr. Noor Kamil, Dr. Ghazala Ishrat, Chairperson Department of Pharmaceutics, Ms. Rabia Noor, Lecturer cum Preceptor, and Faculty members.
Our esteemed guests from NICH were also taken on a tour of the University's facilities and its upcoming state-of-the-art Fatima Business School.
