BME Department Celebrates Successfully Acquiring PEC Re-Accreditation Level II (Washington Accord)

Salim Habib University’s Faculty of Engineering held a ceremony to celebrate its Biomedical Engineering program successfully acquiring the Pakistan Engineering Council Re-Accreditation Level II (Washington Accord).

Also a part of the occasion was the Department’s 8th Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) meeting and a session conducted by members of the IAB with Engineering students and Faculty members, present at which were Engr. Dennis Mathews, Head, Department of Biomedical Engineering, Aga Khan University Hospital, and Engr. Haris Baig, CEO, Deneb Corp.

Notably present at the celebration from Salim Habib University were Prof. Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Khan, Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Kaleem Raza Khan, Registrar, Dr. Muhammad Hussain Habib, Director Education & Admissions, Marketing, HR & Admin, Prof. Dr. M. Zeeshan-ul-Haq, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, and Engineering faculty members.
