Biography
Ms. Khalida Khan is a Lecturer (Grade 2) at Fatima Business School, Salim Habib University, Karachi. She has over 13 years of academic and professional experience in higher education as a lecturer, trainer, research consultant, and data analyst. She is a PhD in Management Sciences (HRM) from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro. Her research focuses on women empowerment, workplace injustices, and gender equality policies in higher education institutions. She has published several research papers in HEC-recognized journals and actively contributes to academic conferences, research training, and scholarly publications.
Teaching Experience
Khalida Khan has more than 13 years of teaching experience in higher education in Pakistan. Throughout her academic career, she has been actively involved in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, supervising student research projects, and conducting academic training and workshops. Her teaching focuses on developing analytical thinking, research skills, and practical understanding of management concepts among students, particularly in the areas of human resource management, organizational behaviour, and research methodology.
