Ms. Asma Rafiq

She is working as a lecturer in pharmaceutics department. Holds MPhil in Pharmaceutics and to advance her research expertise she is pursuing PhD in Pharmaceutics. She also provides consultation services to pharmaceutical industries regarding product registration and other regulatory documentations in compliance with GDP and respective regulatory body guidelines. Her research interest is in pharmaceutical dosage form formulation and development, analytical method development and validation as well as bioavailability bioequivalence, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic study.

Prior to academia, she served over 12 years in pharmaceutical industry and having expertise in documentation, quality assurance and regulatory affairs of pharmaceutical industries. She is passionate to integrate advancing pharmaceutical education and bridging academic knowledge with practical industry insights. She is dedicated to help students to fill the knowledge gap between theory and practice by providing them with a thorough understanding of both the scientific and regulatory aspects of pharmacy. Her objective is to create an educational atmosphere that equips aspiring professionals to meet the ever-changing demands of the pharmaceutical industry. During her career she attended a lot of trainings and conferences to improve the personal and career skills.
