Profile:

Ms. Kiran Amir Ali joined Salim Habib University in April 2017 as Lecturer (Pharmaceutical Chemistry). She is a pharmacy graduate and has done M. Phil. (pharmaceutical chemistry) from University of Karachi in 2011. Her main area of research was derivative spectrophotometry, method development and method validation. Her research work is published in reputed international science journals. Currently she is pursuing Ph. D. in pharmaceutical chemistry from University of Karachi.

She has 9 years of progressive experience of working in renowned pharmaceutical industries including Getz Pharma and ATCO Laboratories. Her experience of working in quality operation and management included, annual product review, product complaints handling, vendor management, document control management, etc. Her sound academic qualification and expertise as industrial quality operation is a worthy combination to educate students with practical aspects of quality analysis and industrial practices.
