World Startup Championship 2025, Regional Round (Karachi)

Salim Habib University (SHU) had the privilege of serving as the Venue Partner for the SEE Pakistan 2025 – World Startup Championship (Karachi Regional Round), held from July 14 to 15, 2025, at the Dr. Iram Auditorium, Fatima Business School (FBS).

This high-impact event was organized by the Faculty of Management Sciences, under Fatima Business School, SHU’s academic platform for developing future leaders in business, management, and entrepreneurship.

The two-day championship brought together a dynamic mix of startups, investors, academia, and innovation stakeholders to witness some of Pakistan’s most promising entrepreneurial talent. Participants pitched groundbreaking ideas aimed at solving real-world challenges, with the goal of gaining visibility, mentorship, and investment opportunities.

Over 40 esteemed judges—comprising business leaders, venture capitalists, academics, and domain experts—evaluated each pitch with integrity and rigor, ensuring fairness and merit-based recognition.

The event exemplified Pakistan’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem while also positioning Fatima Business School and the Faculty of Management Sciences as active contributors to innovation, business development, and startup acceleration within the higher education landscape.
