Biosciences Faculty Members Present Research Work at ICFAS-2023

Faculty members from the Department of Biosciences, Salim Habib University, were invited to present their research work at the International Conference on Food and Applied Sciences (ICFAS-2023), held at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Sheringal, Dir-Kumrat, from August 3 to 5, 2023.Invited faculty members were Dr. Shaheena Anwar, Assistant Professor, who presented her paper ‘Vitamin D Supplementation in Pregnant Women and its Effect on Neonates in Rural Jhelum’, Dr. Marriam Yamin, Assistant Professor, who presented her paper ‘AFM-Based Surface Analysis of High Hydrostatic Pressure Sensitive & Resistant Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Strains’ and Ms. Hajira Karim, Lecturer, whose presented paper was titled ‘Microsatellite Polymorphism of DRD2 Gene in Schizophrenia.’
