World Braille Day, observed yearly on January 4, aims to raise awareness about the significance of the Braille system, a writing system that enables the blind and the visually impaired to read by using their tactile skills.Braille plays a critical role in making the world more accessible and easier for those who are unable to see to navigate, survive, and thrive in.
