CLT - Hands-On Training Workshop on Integrating Bioinformatics Tools for Efficient Primer Development

The Department of Biosciences, Faculty of Science, Salim Habib University (SHU), organized a Hands-On Training Workshop on Integrating Bioinformatics Tools for Efficient Primer Development on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, as part of the University’s Center of Learning and Teaching (CLT). The training session provided participants with essential skills in designing primers for PCR-based applications using advanced computational tools, fostering innovation and supporting high-quality molecular diagnostics and biotechnology research.

The workshop was conducted by Dr. Affhan Shoaib, Head of Department & Associate Professor and Dr. Madiha Kanwal, Assistant Professor, Department of Biosciences, Salim Habib University.
