MOU - SHU X Research Solutions and Ventures (RESOLVE)

Salim Habib University (SHU) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Research Solutions and Ventures (RESOLVE) South, Karachi, a newly established research facility by SUPARCO. The purpose of this MoU is to establish and sustain a mutually beneficial partnership, strengthen the academia-industry relationship, and provide research, training, consultancy, and professional exposure to SHU students and faculty, while also promoting self-reliance in space technology to foster national growth and development.

The initiation of this incredible partnership would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of Dr. Raazia Sosan, Assistant Professor & Chairperson, Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Information Technology, Salim Habib University.

The MoU Signing Ceremony was presided over by Prof. Dr. Syed Irfan Hyder, Vice Chancellor SHU, and Mr. Raheem Sanaullah Chaudhary, Member Space Electronics, RESOLVE. Registrar SHU Dr. Muhammad Hussain Habib and Dr. A.K.M. Shafaat Ali, Director, RESOLVE, also graced the ceremony with their presence as did Dr. Muhammad Ateeque Qureshi, Deputy Director, RESOLVE.

Notably present from SHU were Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zeeshan Ul Haque, Dean Faculty of Information Technology & Engineering, Ms. Pariwash Khan, Deputy Registrar, and Mr. Qadeer Lakho, Assistant Registrar.
