Prof. Dr. Amanat Ali Jalbani

Prof. Dr. Amanat Ali Jalbani is a distinguished academic leader, senior researcher, and higher education strategist with over four decades of interdisciplinary experience in university governance, business management research, and institutional development. Since March 2025, he has been serving as Adviser to the Vice Chancellor and Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences at Salim Habib University, Karachi.

Throughout his career, Prof. Dr. Jalbani has held several top-tier academic and administrative leadership positions, including Vice Chancellor of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University and Acting Vice Chancellor of Shah Abdul Latif University. He has played a pivotal role in the establishment and strengthening of multiple higher education institutions, including SALU, ISRA University, SZABIST, and SBBU, serving in capacities such as Faculty Member, Dean, Director Research, and Vice Chancellor.

Prof. Dr. Jalbani has published approximately 50 research papers in recognized academic journals and has supervised nine PhD scholars along with numerous MS and MPhil graduates, significantly contributing to research capacity building in Pakistan. His scholarly work integrates strategic, managerial, and behavioural perspectives, offering policy-relevant insights for academic advancement and institutional reform.
