Event Details
TechNexus 3.0, a grand event organized by the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Salim Habib University (SHU), in collaboration with the IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group Karachi Section, was held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
The event included innovators, problem-solvers, and tech enthusiasts who compete, create, and push the boundaries of engineering excellence across four thrilling categories; Tech Debate, Circuit War, Blind Check, and Water Rocket Challenge.
Honourable judges from SHU for the competitions were Dr. Ali Asghar, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Information Technology, and Mr. Salman Qayyum Galani, Lecturer & Program Manager, Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences.
Notably present from SHU were Prof. Dr. Zeeshan ul Haque, Dean, Faculty of Engineering, accompanied by Dr. Irfan Usmani, Chairperson, and dedicated faculty members of the Department of Biomedical Engineering.
