MOU Signing: SHU X Al-Baseer Foundation

Salim Habib University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Al-Baseer Foundation, with the aim of sustaining a collaborative partnership to provide advanced professional training and clinical exposure to Pharmacy students, implementing Pharmacy Practice modules as part of our Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum, and improving pharmaceutical and clinical care throughout the healthcare system.

The initiation of this incredible partnership would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of Ms. Marium Tariq, Lecturer, Faculty of Pharmacy, SHU, to whom we are immensely grateful.

The MOU signing ceremony was presided over by Prof. Dr. Syed Irfan Hyder, Vice Chancellor, SHU, and Mr. Naved Ahmed Khan Ghauri, Administrator, Al-Baseer Foundation. Registrar SHU Dr. Muhammad Hussain Habib and Mr. Asif Azeem, Head of Finance, Al-Baseer Foundation, as did Mr. Jawed Mangrani, CEO, and Ms. Sadia Khalique, Project Coordinator, Al-Baseer Foundation.

Notably present from SHU were Dean Prof. Dr. Noor Kamil, Dr. Mahmood Sheikh, Associate Professor, and Ms.Tabbassum Zehra, Lecturer, Faculty of Pharmacy, and Ms. Pariwash Khan, Deputy Registrar, and Mr. Qadeer Lakho, Assistant Registrar.
