Under economic unrest poverty always deepens. In times of uncertainty stress increases, often resulting in injustice against women and children. #InternationalDayofFamilies highlights why there needs to be more support for vulnerable families, who have lost their income, have inadequate housing, and those with young children, older persons and persons with disabilities. Families have it hard making ends meet when it comes to choosing to maintain their basic quality of life or to choose to deal with healthcare.
