Salim Habib University is celebrating World Day for Safety And Health at Work to promote the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases globally.World Day for Safety and Health at Work is celebrated to raise awareness focusing on the magnitude of work-related injuries, diseases, and fatalities and to highlight the importance of creating and promoting a strong occupational safety and health culture in the workplace.This year, recognizing the enormous challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, let’s focus on addressing the outbreak of infectious diseases at work, especially the COVID-19 pandemic and how important it is to practice preventive measures to keep ourselves and others around us safe.
