World Health Day

The right to a ‘Healthy Life’ is a right for All and not a privilege. As COVID-19 has highlighted, some people live healthier lives, with better access to health services, due to the conditions in which they are born, grow, live and work.Whereas others struggle to make ends meet with poor income, living conditions, education, have little or no access to safe environments, clean water, and air, food & health services. This leads to unnecessary suffering, illness, and premature death. This injustice can be prevented! As responsible global citizens, we need to ensure that health injustices are monitored and that all people can easily access quality health services when and where needed. On #WorldHealthDay, let's ensure that everyone, everywhere, can realize the right to good health is for all.
