WIE Day Celebration 2024

Salim Habib University’s IEEE Student Branch organized a grand celebration of the Women in Engineering (WIE) Day 2024 in collaboration with IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group Karachi Section on July 9, 2024.

The event showcased the role women are playing in innovation in AI, with a focus on the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR), and included a dynamic talk by Ms. Hira Tariq, Co-Manager Google Developer Groups (GDG Kolachi).

Chief Guest Parkash Lohana, Director ORIC KIET, Karachi, and Chair, IEEE Karachi Section Professional Activities Committee (2024-25), also addressed the audience.
