The Salim Habib University Public Speaking Society, in collaboration with the Students Affairs Department, successfully organized the Fatima Jinnah Bilingual Debate Competition 2026 (FJBDC’26) – a highly competitive and riveting declamation competition.
The esteemed jury panel for this contest, which was held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, included seasoned public speakers, namely Mr. Abdullah Jamal and Ms. Momal Aziz for the English category, and Ms. Rukhsana Naz and Mr. Abid Ali Umang for the Urdu category.
FJBDC was a remarkable success, bringing together over 50 passionate and talented orators from leading institutions in Karachi, showcasing their unwavering confidence, sharp intellect, unmatched eloquence, and deep-rooted desire to express their educated opinion on pressing societal issues. Participants delivered persuasive speeches in both Urdu and English, all of which awed all those who attended.
