Session on Current Good Manufacturing Practices for Pharmacy Students

The Faculty of Pharmacy at Salim Habib University organized an expert session for Doctor of Pharmacy students on Monday, March 13, 2023.

The main subject expert was Pharmacist Naeem Siraj, Director Operations, Vikor Healthcare, who delivered a very informative and comprehensive talk on the topic of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

The session also featured Mr. Hassan Abbas and Mr. Qaseem Hassan, both from Ghulam Muhammad & Sons, who explained different aspects of cGMP in instrumentation and pharmaceutical processes.

Students took keen interest, asked questions and discussed various ideas with the speakers, making the session interactive and interesting. A Token of Appreciation was then presented to the speaker by Prof. Dr. Noor Kamil, Chairperson, Faculty of Pharmacy.

We are thankful to Dr. Ghazala Ishrat, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Pharmacy, for organizing this session, which was a great learning experience for students.
