The International Week of Science and Peace, being held this year from the 9th of November to the 15th, highlights the need for the establishment of world peace and the role science and technology can play in the maintenance of peace and security.It highlights the fact that science can lead to peace in global communities through shared research and collaborations between countries, and also calls for the scientific community to come together to use science for the benefit of the world and the development of peace.
