A meeting was held on Friday, September 13, 2024, between the Department of Computer Science, Salim Habib University (SHU), and representatives from NETS International Limited, with the aim of initiating collaborations to strengthen industry-academia linkages.The primary focus of the discussion was to engage the industry in providing hands-on training opportunities for SHU’s Computer Science students, particularly in the areas of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cyber Security, in order to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements, ultimately fostering a more skilled and industry-ready workforce.
