I am passionate about upholding stringent quality standards and regulatory guidelines, leveraging my attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and address potential risks proactively. Through my work in quality assurance, I aim to not only guarantee the quality of products but also to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes that impact patient well-being. I aspire to deepen my knowledge in areas such as product complains, documentation, validation, change control, deviation and investigation management, etc. while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold the reputation and trustworthiness of the pharmaceutical industry.
