Dr. Afira Waqar, Assistant Professor, Department of Biosciences, Salim Habib University, was invited to attend a training program held at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory, European Bioinformatics Institute (EMBL-EBI), Wellcome Genome Campus, Hinxton, South Cambridgeshire, England, from February 19-23, 2024. Dr. Waqar also presented a poster displaying her research work.The prestigious program had a total of 28 participants from Europe, Africa, America, and Asia, and 14 were trainers who conducted hands-on training sessions as part of the course.
