World Suicide Prevention Day

#Suicide prevention is a universal challenge and a leading cause of death globally. To prevent this, we need to ask ourselves how we can help each other in this situation. One thing, we can and should do to prevent this worrisome issue, is to take time off and initiate talking. If they are not okay, persuade them to talk, listen to what they say, and engage them in an activity to divert them or show support by seeking professional help.
