Electronic Resource Copyright Warnings
Authorized Access
This service is provided exclusively to authorized users of Tariq Amin Library, including registered students, faculty, and staff. Access is subject to institutional authentication and library membership status.
Permitted Use for Academic Purposes
In compliance with copyright regulations and license agreements, users may download, save, or print reasonable portions of text, search results, or other information only for personal study, teaching, or non-commercial research purposes.
Prohibited Use and Misuse of Resources
Altering, recompiling, systematic, programmatic, or continuous downloading or copying—such as downloading entire or substantial portions of journal issues or databases—is strictly prohibited. Reselling, redistributing, publishing, or republishing any content in any format or medium is not allowed.
Copyright Ownership
All content available through journals and databases is protected under the copyright of the respective publishers and governed by national and international copyright laws.
License Agreement Compliance
Use of library-subscribed electronic resources is governed by publisher license agreements, which strictly prohibit access through automated, robotic, crawling, or harvesting tools, or any activity that violates usage limits.

University Rights
The University reserves the right to hold users liable, on an indemnity basis, for any claims, losses, costs, or damages resulting from such violations
Access Suspension
The Library may suspend or permanently terminate users’ on-campus and remote access to electronic resources in cases of misuse or infringement.
